To request a refund, email us at solboxdev@gmail.com with your order details and proof of purchase. We’ll respond as quickly as possible.
1. General Policy
- Refunds are granted only under the conditions described below.
- All refund requests must include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or transaction ID).
- We may refuse refunds for products that have been used, accessed, or downloaded, unless required by law.
2. Digital Products & Services
Because digital products are delivered instantly, sales are generally final once accessed, downloaded, or delivered. If a digital product is defective, incomplete, or materially different from its description, we will work to fix the issue or provide a refund where appropriate.
3. Physical Products (if applicable)
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.
4. Services & Subscriptions
- Services that have not started may be refunded if you request cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle, but can be canceled to prevent future charges.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Actual timing may vary by bank or payment provider.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will typically not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the product or service.
- Incompatibility with your device or system when requirements were provided in advance.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us at solboxdev@gmail.com and we will review your case. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the governing law and venue specified in our Terms & Conditions.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Updates will be posted at https://solbox.dev/refund-policy and will include a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
